Full Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including custom web parts, extensions, and applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Lead the utilization of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend SharePoint functionality and create custom business solutions
- Architect and implement complex SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SharePoint-based solutions that meet business needs
- Implement and maintain robust security measures and compliance standards within SharePoint environments
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities - Expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Proficiency in modern web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Strong experience with React.js for developing SPFx solutions
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and OData query syntax
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills and experience leading SharePoint initiatives
- Familiarity with data protection regulations relevant to the industry (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint Online development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role OR high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years in SharePoint Online development, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale SharePoint Online solutions
- Extensive expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks (e.g., React)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
