• Responsible for all aspects of Family Law work, providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
• Manage and supervise Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Caseworkers.
• Assist with training and development in the department.
• Handle a range of Family work including divorce, financial disputes, child abduction, and injunctions.
• Demonstrate a professional, proactive approach with strong client care skills.
  
  Must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate.
• Committed team player with supervisory experience.
• Professional with strong client care skills.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of publicly funded Family Law work.
• Extensive experience in Family Law related work.
• Experience in own advocacy is an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
