Full Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and private children cases.
  • Option to handle publicly funded family law cases, if desired.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
  • Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution, maintaining strong client relationships and delivering practical, clear legal guidance.
  • Work primarily from the office, with potential for some flexibility.

    A leading law firm in Merseyside is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled solicitor with a passion for family law to handle a diverse range of cases., Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in handling family law cases.
  • Strong experience with private family matters, including divorce, finance, and children-related cases.
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a busy caseload effectively.
