Full Job Description
2. Providing high-quality and timely legal advice that focuses on practical solutions to resolve issues and help the business achieve its goals.
3. Ensuring that contracts are drafted, negotiated, and managed efficiently and effectively.
4. Delivering a proactive, efficient, and robust advisory role to a variety of stakeholders on a range of legal topics.
5. Day to day maintenance of contract database.

Completed your legal qualification and registered with the relevant regulatory body (Solicitors Regulation Authority)
Admission to the roll of solicitors
Compulsory legal CPD completed within relevant legal fields.
A minimum of 3+ years' experience obtained in an in-house role and/or law firm setting, ideally with experience gained in or with a commercial environment or team.
Experience of advising on commercial contracts with a range of complexities
Understanding of evolving regulations, particularly relating to data privacy and advertising.
Basic understanding of Competition Law.
Good understanding of IP Law
You will need to have:
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent attitude to work
Excellent time management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
