As a Commercial Property Secretary, your main responsibility is to assist Fee Earners within the Commercial Property team and contribute to the department's operations. You are expected to exercise a considerable level of self-management and initiative. Furthermore, you are required to function as part of a team and adhere to established practices and procedures regarding compliance and quality standards. If successful, you will perform the following role:

Processing tasks in Digital Dictation.
Requesting searches.
AML Checks
Land registry applications.
Deal with incoming correspondence.
Provide support tom the fee earners.
File opening and closing.

Commercial or Residential Property experience.
Knowledge of conveyancing process.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong IT skills.
