Full Job Description

Our well-established client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly Probate team based at their Christchurch office.
You will assist within a busy department covering all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Taxation, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

· We pride ourselves on our client care. We have a friendly and helpful team, and like all employees to adopt the same ethos.
· You should have a minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience within a similar role.
· You should have good IT skills. The use of Office 365 packages, case management systems and hosted telephony services is desirable, but full and ongoing training will be provided.
· You should be willing to adopt a strong compliance culture, but full initial and ongoing training is provided.
· You must be able to prioritise your own workload and meet strict deadlines.
· You must possess accurate typing skills and pay attention to detail.

This position is a permanent full-time role. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with 1 hour for lunch which equates to a 35-hour week. The position will be based at our Christchurch office. We offer an attractive salary which will be based on individual's qualifications and experience.
