Full Job Description
- Providing paralegal support to the commercial property team, with particular focus on secure Lending/real estate finance work.
- Liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
- Being responsible for and conducting all aspects of transactions
- Drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation

This role will be a hybrid of home based with travel as required into our Milton Keynes hub, ideally three times a week but to include the team day in the office which is currently a Tuesday and Thursday, but is subject to change. - Minimum of 12 months' previous experience in a paralegal / fee earner role dealing with commercial property work
- Experience within a commercial property team and ideally with experience of real estate finance work, but not essential
- Experience of using case management systems
- Experience of land registration
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams Key competencies you will need:
