Lancaster City Council is recruiting for a catering assistant to work at the award-winning Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an enthusiastic and passionate team at our Refuel Cafe.
The Catering role is a vital part of Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. You must have a desire to deliver outstanding customer service. You will provide a full front of house service, included but not limited to, making dishes to the correct specification, preparing high quality hot beverages and becoming a vital team member in our award-winning café., At Lancaster City Council we aim to have a diverse workforce that is representative of the district that we serve, and provide a working environment where each employee feels able to bring their whole self to work. This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 28 hours per week, working on a shift rota basis including weekends. You will be based at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre., Lancaster is a great place to work, as well as being part of something special you will also benefit from:
