Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised brand and work as part of the asset team where you will facilitate and supervise the asset management process.Reporting to the Asset Supervisor, you will assist with all aspects of the company stock check process (year-end & perpetual).You will supervise all Asset administrators within the asset administration team when the Asset Supervisor is not in the BusinessKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely issue of plant numbers to branches upon request working with the Asset SupervisorMaintain the asset register, ensuring all items are in the correct groupsEnsure that resource is available to cover all asset tasks when the Asset Supervisor is not in the BusinessEnsure all authorisations are gained in line with current authorisation levels when working on asset tasks and loss chargingSupport the Asset Supervisor on the disposals processEnsure all chargeable disposals are invoiced at the correct charge rates, supporting the Asset

Administrators and training on the Loss/ Damages ProcessEnsure all customers with specific loss matrix are charged at agreed ratesEnsure company database standards are maintainedAnalyse, interpret and amend dataEnsure all tasks given by the Asset Supervisor are kept up to date and processed within the timescales givenSupport the Asset Supervisor with the Asset InboxSupport the Asset Supervisor when business critical processes are needed to be controlled and processedTo keep the Asset Supervisor updated of tasks completed and on goingTo Ensure Notes are kept up to date for Handovers to the Asset Supervisor from the team/own work when the Asset Supervisor Returns to the BusinessTo ensure that the Loss charging Database sheets are up to date and teams communicated promptly with changes.What We're Looking ForKnowledge of tool hire industry an advantageIT to at least Intermediate Excel/Word LevelExcellent administration and organisational skillsWhat We Can Offer YouCompetitive salaryCompetitive
