Full Job Description
- Inspect and account for all returning events equipment and ensure accurate documentation.
- Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of equipment to meet required standards.
- Coordinate with logistics for packing and dispatch, ensuring compliance with picking lists.
- Monitor inventory levels, spare parts, and manage accurate system inputs in Movex.
- Responsible for conducting planned stock counts and for carrying out all M3 transactions.
- Train, manage, and support new starters and temporary staff, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience supervising a workshop team and delivering high performance. - Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills to manage workloads effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines, work extended hours, and travel when required.
- Proficient in Movex or similar inventory management systems and computer literate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to safety and professionalism.
