Full Job Description
2. Carry out all daily preparation and maintenance of the On Track Machines in accordance with Network Rails standards and procedures.
3. Report to SCO 24:7 control for booking on and booking off duties in a timely manner.
4. Liaise with SCO 24:7 control for all reporting of real time incidents and faults in an accurate and timely manner.
5. Liaise with the Driver Team leader so that you are fully compliant with all current rules, regulations and standards.
6. Maintain competencies in all relevant traction and route knowledge and develop all new route knowledge skills as required.
7. Support the development and implementation of safety, planning and delivery performance, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
8. Comply with policies, procedures and standards and good practice as set out by Network Rail & the ORR., If you would like any reasonable adjustments support during your application or throughout the recruitment process, please do not hesitate to contact the Resourcing Team who will happily assist.

The recruitment process will consist of shortlisted candidates being invited to take part in the following
· Current holder of train driver rules and regulations.
· Current train driver and holder of European Train Driving Licence.
· UK driving licence.
· Qualified OTM operator.
Desirable
· Understanding of companys obligations in relations to ROGS.
· Understanding railway industry structure and responsibility.
· Understanding of mechanical principles., Personal Track Safety (PTS) is a set of safety regulations and procedures that individuals must adhere to when working on or near the tracks of the UK rail network.
