GXO are looking for a Data Analyst to join us on our Clicklink contract based in Northampton. Working as a part of the Customer Service team, the data and compliance analyst will be responsible for the collection, organisation and processing of Clicklink's performance data.,

Create, maintain and manage collation and reporting of business key operational metrics that drive financial performance, such as overtime, agency hours and fuel usage
Ensure each client has a database, and the customer service team have a robust process for collating the daily performance data, sharing a daily summary of the clients performance
Attend weekly calls with head of performance and network manager to explain compliance performance, and suggest potential areas for improvement/resolutions
Responsible for loss and prevention analysis, working with transport and warehouse management to identify trends and patterns, providing formal reports on a monthly basis

Computer literate and confident with the use of MS Excel
