Full Job Description
The Celtic Collection is seeking a Social Media Executive to assist in the day-to-day management of the Celtic Collection social media channels and contribute to the organic and paid social strategy. The role will involve pro-actively monitoring and engaging across all social media platforms, planning and creating content, as well as providing Marketing activity support in the delivery of the ongoing Marketing plans. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist the Social Media Manager in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the Celtic Collection properties brand visions and business goals.
Responsible for updating and scheduling content over all social media platforms and retaining a consistent presence of the Celtic Collection on social media as well as acting as a key point of contact for social media enquiries. Required to respond to enquiries received through the social media inboxes and marketing enquiries from the website.
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including copy, imagery, video, and campaigns, that resonates with target audiences and maintains brand consistency, ensuring organic and paid campaigns are executed to a high standard across all platforms.
Work with the digital marketing team to drive web traffic and revenue through a robust paid social strategy.
Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into overall marketing campaigns.
Responsible for communicating any complaints or comments made on social media to the relevant department and ensuring satisfactory outcome of complaints.
Stay ahead of trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Develop content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic delivery of content.
Maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and content creators to maximise brand visibility and engagement. Required to increase engagement and interaction across social media and establish and develop online relationships with social voices/communities.
Support the Marketing department in general administration duties as required.
