You will work closely with the other job share post holder, ensuring a smooth weekly handover and seamless collaboration. A designated crossover day will provide the opportunity for effective communication, strategic alignment, and shared decision-making, allowing for continuity across all aspects of the role., Forget the stereotypes. This is an exciting part time opportunity for a strategic and data-savvy marketing professional with experience in retention or loyalty marketing, CRM-driven campaigns, and multi-channel engagement. If you're passionate about crafting compelling campaigns, strengthening customer relationships, and driving loyalty within a historic and culturally significant organisation, we'd love to hear from you., Proven experience in campaign management, CRM, and direct/digital marketing
- Experience in consumer marketing communications, including print and digital
- 'Hands-on' experience with CMS, email marketing tools, and web analytics
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary from £37,863 pro rata, depending on skills, experience and location
