Full Job Description
The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role., As a Fashion Communication Assistant, you will support Cultureville's digital communication efforts by creating engaging content such as blog posts and email newsletters. This content will focus on African fashion, storytelling, and the Black Creative Trailblazers Showcase., Write and edit compelling content for weekly blog posts and newsletters. Assist in planning and executing digital communication strategies. Develop content that aligns with Cultureville's brand values. Utilise SEO techniques to improve search rankings. Content writing and editing. Email marketing techniques (e.g., Mailchimp). Audience analysis and communication planning. SEO fundamentals and brand storytelling., This role is only open to current Manchester Met students who have:
- Year 2 or 3 undergraduate students in fashion communication, fashion marketing or related fields.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and SEO practices (preferred but not required).
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Curiosity for diverse and global fashion industries
- Availability for stated project timeline.
