Full Job Description

  • Lead communications for core clients including DSFS - our wholly-owned subsidiary, Royal Primary Care, Chesterfield Royal Hospital Charity, and large programmes - as well as being a key member of the corporate comms team.
  • Support the development and delivery of communication planners.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to maximise the impact of our communications.
  • Develop connections with stakeholders to support engagement and community initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance to ensure we're hitting our targets, Design and deliver high-impact campaigns for key clients within the Chesterfield Royal Hospital Group.
  • Develop campaign messaging and concepts, both in-house and with external experts.
  • Manage social media platforms to maximise engagement with our target audiences.
  • Ensure our communications comply with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts by making the best use of our external channels.
