Full Job Description
The Brand Manager will play a critical role in supporting marketing initiatives, driving innovation, and enabling commercial growth. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to collaborate across teams and support the brand's expansion across physical and online retail spaces., Brand Support:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand architecture and proposition design to align with business goals.
- Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across marketing materials, including packaging, digital, and print media.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for brand differentiation. Marketing Campaigns:
- Have a strong understand of performance marketing on social media and e-retail. Independently lead it with agency partners to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g., content, PR, digital agencies) to maintain an "always-on" presence on social media for UK, USA, and other markets.
- Track campaign metrics and prepare detailed ROI reports to evaluate success. Product Management:
- Support the innovation pipeline, including product development and commercialisation of new ideas.
- Manage product lifecycle updates, ensuring accurate information is provided to teams and partners.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure on-time product launches and distribution readiness. Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, including retailers, distributors, and agencies.
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities as needed. Analytics and Insights:
- Analyse consumer insights and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Any other reasonable duties, responsibility or requests that may be issued by management from time to time.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding and experience of digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix.
- Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements.
- Passion and track record for working with creative, content, PR and print agencies.
- Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, content creation, and influencer campaigns.
- Experience of monitoring and measuring, e.g. through brand tracking and campaign performance measurement.
- Management of external agencies including print, social media, PR, creative, content.
- Project management skills - ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise.
- Adaptability to changing trends and meeting deadlines.
- Creative flair and commercial acumen.
