As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and their pets. Your role will be to:

Provide Exceptional Service: Connect clients with the clinical team and ensure every visit is a positive one.
Manage Appointments and Payments: Confidently handle bookings, payments, and general inquiries.
Coordinate Smooth Operations: Oversee daily schedules using our online booking system-computer literacy is essential.
Your ability to build lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and our team will be vital to creating the exceptional service our clients expect.

Position Details
Part-Time: 27.5 hours weekly, primarily Wednesday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, with flexibility for additional hours to cover holidays.
