Full Job Description
· Being responsible for the organising and co-ordination of receiving and storing maternity records for audit and incident investigation purposes and maintaining the tracking database related to this process. This includes the management and tracking of all subject access requests.
· Organise and distribute papers in time for key meetings e.g. Governance, Risk, CQC, Monitoring and Audit, Clinical Effectiveness Forum etc.
A broad experience of IT and good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
Our Quality and Patient Safety Team is looking for the right individual for this enjoyable and interesting role. Between us we will train and support the successful candidate.
