Full Job Description
Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes).
Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible 'can do' approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.
This vacancy is 37.5 hours ( to work 5 days out of 7)
The Trust currently supports the RealLivingWage(RLW) hourly rate as set by theLivingWageFederation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this., o To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.o Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals.o A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
