Full Job Description
The post is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS (Police) Check - which will need to be carried out before employment can commence. The cost of this will be met by the Local Authority.

I am a 15 year old boy living in the Brynna, Pontyclun area. I enjoy trampolining, walking and going to the park. I would like a PA that can support me to access activities in the community. I have a diagnosis of ASD and can display challenging behaviours. I am also non-verbal., · Someone outgoing and confident

£13.00 per hour plus some mileage for journeys we make together in your car
