Every order that CCEP has is handled by the Customer Logistics team in Nottingham. There are several pillars in Customer Logistics; Customer Service, Transport, Allocation, SKU Availability - who all work in partnership to drive service and supply chain efficiencies for our business and our customers. Teamwork and the ability to work shoulder to shoulder with others, giving constructive and appreciative feedback is vital to satisfy customer demand. Job Purpose To manage haulier relationships to deliver agreed Service Levels, continually improve standards and identify areas to reduce costs and improve service to our customers and business.,

  • Managing the relationships with our hauliers, including leading regular service reviews to be in place.
  • Comfortable with feeding back haulier performance through KPIs
  • Manage cost in line with budget and identify saving opportunities
  • CRS - Ensure hauliers are developing their strategy and implementing the changes in line with agreements
  • Quality, Environment, Safety and Health(QESH) - Ensuring all incidents are investigated, managed and closed, with key learnings to be shared in the relevant forums
  • Be aware of changes in the Logistics Industry and ensure your assigned hauliers are aware and in line with any legislation changes
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for improvements. Root cause analyse issues and put corrective measures in place
