  • Support Indirect Buyer raising Purchase Orders in our ERP System and ensuring timely delivery, receipt and payments to suppliers.
  • Support Direct Buyers in maintaining information in our ERP System.

  • Supplier Information
  • Payment terms
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track order statuses, resolve delays, and communicate delivery schedule to internal teams. Support buyers with supplier order books.
  • Monitor supplier performance and proactively address issues to prevent disruptions to project timelines.
  • Administer new supplier approval process and update supplier records. Provide Support to suppliers who are registering for JOSCAR and report progress or issues.
  • Obtain Export Control Compliance Statements from suppliers and ensure records are maintained.
  • Resolve receipt and invoicing queries.
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Quality Assurance and Programmes to ensure required service levels are maintained.
  • Monitor Progress and maintain records of Supplier Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Support procurement department objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the timely return of any defective material deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
  • Attend meetings, record discussion and maintain an action register.

    Experience in procurement or business administration.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems would be desirable.
  • A high level of self-motivation and able to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • PC literate in MS office suite.
  • Eligible to obtain UK security clearance to SC level.
