Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a permanent Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant, to support the Purchase Ledger function within our Trust., The individual will provide financial and administrative support to the Financial Services section of the Finance department, working on a daily basis under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Team Leader.

Ensure supplier invoices are registered, approved and processed for payment in line with the Cabinet Office Procurement Policy note and agreed supplier terms

Resolve creditor queries in a pragmatic and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with the Trust's SFIs, relevant Trust policy and NHS guidance and policy.
