Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Digital Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital products that support the transition to a more sustainable future. This role is central to driving digital transformation initiatives that optimize operations across energy generation, transmission, and distribution. You will be responsible for the full product life cycle-from ideation and design through to launch and iteration. You'll contribute to greenfield projects with significant scope and investment, helping define long-term digital strategies and roadmaps.,
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders to promote digital thinking and adoption.
- Lead scoping, prioritization, and delivery of features and digital solutions.
- Conduct market research and monitor emerging technologies to inform product development.
- Manage the full product life cycle including requirements definition, delivery, and ongoing improvement.
- Support and develop a cross-functional team of up to five people.
- Act as the escalation point for product-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a digital-first mindset and contribute to building a strong digital culture.
Significant experience delivering digital products in an agile environment. - Strong business understanding with the ability to translate technical information into accessible language.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Passion for delivering excellent user experiences and value-driven outcomes.
- Proficient in agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Scaled Agile.
- Understanding of digital platforms, product analytics, and user research.
- Full UK driving license or equivalent. Desirable:
- Certification in an agile framework (eg, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
