We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Operations looking to make an immediate impact. /p p b The Duties: /b /p ol li Effectively manage end-to-end supply chain to ensure the company is effectively managing demand and supply, forecasting, production planning, stock management, and procurements. /li li Oversee the company's operations function to ensure all systems, processes, and controls are fit for purpose and assist with projected growth. /li li Work directly with the founder to develop both short-term and long-term operational strategies. /li li Be solely responsible for the management and development of the warehouse and factory ensuring that the team is managed effectively. /li li Take responsibility for the
growth of the operations team to ensure that you foster a culture of growth and excellent team management. /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve resource allocation and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li li Work closely on relationships with suppliers and retailers to ensure strong long-term partnerships. /li li Represent the organization externally, participating in investor relations activities, industry events, and strategic partnerships to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation. /li /ol p b What our client would like to see (Essential Experience): /b /p ol li 5+ years within an operations position within an FMCG company. /li li Experience working with a challenger fast-growth company that has gone through a scaling period. /li li Commercially minded. /li li Worked directly with a founder or at a founder-led business. /li li Worked for a D2C brand before. /li li Experience, managing
