- In depth experience of digital product management, governance models and delivery frameworks.
- Strong overall knowledge of application capabilities, integration, development methodologies and industry best practices
- Experience of significant transformation leadership and management
- Good understanding of product design framework, methodologies and user research.
- Well-seasoned strong communication and presentation skills
- Track record of being a structured problem solver able to see, develop and focus on the bigger picture.
- Experience of team and line management
- Comfortable with demonstrable experience of working in an agile environment with matrix management
- Clear understanding of development frameworks, code management and operation of underlying infrastructure
- Knowledge and understanding of web analytics and optimisation solutions, especially Google Analytics
