Full Job Description

The Product Lead is a key role within the MMT Digital team and supports our client in all aspects of digital product development. We're looking for a seasoned and experienced Product Leader-someone who has a strong background in PI Planning, scaled Agile delivery, product roadmap development, and best practices. This role requires a person who can truly lead and inspire both the Client and the Product Team on the account, and you will create and foster an environment of continuous improvement. You will be able skilled in building rapport with Clients and have experience in building teams and Communities of Practice around Product. We are looking for someone who has a confident leadership style to bring leadership and challenge. You will have experience building and nurturing long term client relationships and adept at Senior Stakeholder Management. You will play a central role in understanding the customer experience through insights, feedback and testing. You will lead on embedding best practices, processes, and tools and ensure they are in place and available for the Product Team so the team can focus on building and maintaining a product, not the tools. The Product Lead will be working together and supported by Technical Leads and Account Directors and Product Owners for the given project.,

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, definition, and delivery
  • Drive prioritization based on data, customer needs, and commercial value
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Champion customer needs through direct engagement and analytics
  • Set OKRs and track product performance metrics
  • Coach on Product Mindset and grow the Product Community, Please note you must currently hold valid UK Right to Work documentation in order to take up this position.

    5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a digital/tech environment
  • Demonstrable experience on a scaled delivery, preferably SAFe
  • Experience in leading product-oriented delivery at scale, with multiple cross functional scrum teams working within a product portfolio.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products or major feature sets
  • Ability to balance business and customer needs
  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change
  • Passion for building great products and solving real user problems, Certified in "Product Management"
  • Certified "Advanced Scrum Product Owner" or other equivalent certification
  • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience in supporting and leading a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts or similar
  • Experience of line management

    This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be available 8 days a month onsite for client meetings or working from one of our offices in Leeds, London or Uppingham., We are the digital change makers.
