Full Job Description

  • Drive program and project deliverables, provide strategic direction, escalation management, and deliver regular communications to program stakeholders.
  • Develop business requirements and user stories as an input to the design and development of features for our EU employees.
  • Collaborate with global product and development teams throughout the project lifecycle to represent the voice of our EU employees.
  • Drive discussions of complex business problems with cross functional groups from all levels including senior leadership, subject matter experts, product managers, and developers.
  • Identify and recommend future product features based on our employee needs, voice of the customer, and/or new technical capabilities.
  • Build trust through strong, long-term relationships with cross-functional business and development teams.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our EU People Experience and Technology (PXT) team focussed on improving the HR applications for our employees. The role requires a strong program management individual with experience managing complex portfolio of projects with ambiguous requirements and earning the trust of our stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.,
  • Relevant experience leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent problem solving, change and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Experience developing, improving and implementing processes and providing support for core solutions in large-scale, complex environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HR systems, tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas.
