Full Job Description
The Product/Program Manager will be responsible for playing a pivotal part of client's growth strategy. With Client's strategic priorities focused on leveraging data and transforming our operating model, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that drive our success. The Product/Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and develop solutions that align with our business goals, enhance efficiency, and deliver value to our customers. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure focus on building the right products, building them right, and building them fast.
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor progress and report on status to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and Insurance.
Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance with a track record of successful technology solutions. - Possess flexibility in methodologies: adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Able to leverage AI for efficiency and opportunities., Exhibit curiosity and innovation: Demonstrate a natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas.
