Full Job Description

  • Day to day member of squad and attends and takes an active part in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, ticket refinement, reviews and retros
  • Primary responsibilities involves crafting user stories and supporting documentation
  • Collaborates with technical counterparts in defining features and exploring potential solutions
  • Responsible for working with technical team to identify technical constraints and opportunities associated with the task at hand
  • Will prepare user stories for refinement with the development team, gathering essential artifacts, including visual designs
  • Responsible for following the governance framework, they oversee the approval of such documents by key stakeholders, a process that may involve collaboration with the business product owner, compliance and UX
  • Takes part in refinement sessions and leads on refinement of tickets for digital feature changes working with the development and testing teams to establish story point estimates for each item in a sprint

    Experience working in digital on web and app projects
  • A team player, working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and capture business requirements.
  • Experience of agile delivery methodology working in scrum teams.
  • Experience of working in a design led product development process working with development and design teams to drive the implementation of digital experiences.
  • Ability to prioritise features and user stories to ensure roadmap remains on track.
  • An understanding of digital trends ability to investigate and identify trends.
  • Skilled in time-management and planning skills.
