Full Job Description
As a QSC E2E Data Engagement Manager within the Product Domain at Haleon, you will be integral to managing and optimizing product data across our systems. This critical role focuses on leveraging data governance principles and advanced data management techniques to maintain high-quality data standards, ensuring our product information supports strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include translating complex data insights into actionable plans, managing project timelines, and collaborating with remote teams. This position requires a combination of analytical prowess, technological expertise, and leadership skills to drive the delivery of data products in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry landscape., QSC Data Engagement Lead will work within the wider Quality & Supply Chain organization, Master Data Management and GPO organizations providing leadership to specific business process areas or functions.
- Accountable for the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of Consumer Healthcare Product data domain.
- Act as a representative owner and subject matter expert for the business.
- Provide an advisory service to the wider community on Product data management.
- Drive through successful change and continuous improvements.
- Plan, lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing forums across sites and functions to drive the adoption of best practices.
- Influence global standards, including those for Commercial, Manufacturing, and Trade Partner data templates and objects.
- Provide input for collaboration with the wider Data Governance (DG) organization on data quality and rules based on the needs of the designated Regional/Business Unit cluster.
- Drive development and delivery of critical new item projects within the designated Regional/Business Unit cluster.
- Comfortable engaging a broader set of stakeholders and adept at communicating their vision and business needs at various levels.

- Background in data, manufacturing, supply chain or commercial processes, with significant business acumen and a depth of knowledge in the Consumer Healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders. Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC for process industry and master data management; SAP ERP super user or subject matter expert.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully within a rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledgeable of relevant data standards and regulations, and their application.
- Experience working with remote teams and prioritizing a product backlog based on various inputs.
