A Software Product Development Manager, who will shape the vision of your product set and deliver new and enhanced software to our Sportsbook Apps, driving forward our plans to be the industry leader. This role is crucial in defining and driving the right products that provide the most value, to ensure our Engineering teams can build the product correctly. You will take ownership of projects and small work items, and you will be working closely with Operational and Trading teams to ensure the Sports Apps are developed in line with Business requirements and provide a clear product direction for Developers., Conducting market research, competitor analysis and customer trend analysis using internal and external data points. Developing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the Company objectives. Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Producing detailed requirements that enable the development teams to deliver what is required. Prioritising your work stack and reviewing it regularly to ensure timely delivery and release of value, as well as defining what success looks like for your products and initiatives. Representing user needs in any technical discussions, ensuring our apps deliver exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and retention. Managing the ownership and monitoring of the products and functionality owned by the team through use of the objectives and KPI's that you will define.
