Not your everyday trading role; this is your chance to lead e-commerce for the UK's leading premium bike brand. As the E-Commerce Trading Manager, you'll use data and insight to shape and own our online trading plan, driving conversion and delivering for our riders. Working with Marketing, Product, CX and Tech, you'll elevate every digital touchpoint to match the performance of the bikes we build. THE ROLE You lead, drive and optimise our online trading activity to deliver strong customer conversion and commercial outcomes across our digital platforms. You build and own the delivery of our online trading plan, ensuring we are positioned as a premium brand across all points of the digital journey.,
- Trading Strategy: Own & execute the trading plan to drive revenue, margin & customer acquisition. Trading Calendar & Collaboration: Define, develop and execute the online trading calendar, working closely with Marketing and Category teams. Optimisation: Analyse sales, behaviour and market to optimise site experience and CVR. Merchandising: Manage product merchandising, pricing & promo to maximise sales performance. Experience: Work with CX, Marketing, Product teams to enhance E2E customer journey. Testing: Use testing to optimise engagement, user experience and incremental value. Data & Insights: Use digital KPIs to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Customer Value: Collaborate with CX teams to drive CLTV, retention and AOV.
A proven digital trading or merchandising lead with a strong track record in delivering commercial results, ideally within DTC brands. Multi-channel experience an advantage. Strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions and solve problems. Solid understanding of customer behaviour, conversion funnels and buying lifecycles to shape trade planning and tactics. Experience with e-commerce, analytics & martech platforms, ideally inc. Magento & Bloomreach. Able to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across teams. Passion for cycling, sports, outdoors or a relevant adjacent category is a plus.
