We are looking for a dynamic and driven Systems Analyst. In this role, you will act as the product owner for our case management system, leading the charge in transforming our customer & client experience through strategic system enhancements and process improvements that align with our business objectives. This role is ideal for someone that is a natural self-starter who thrives on working with data and challenging the status quo. You have a knack for continuous improvement and can easily adapt to changing environments. Position in Organisation This role reports to the Head of Business Process Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and understand business needs and opportunities ensuring that they align with our strategic goals
• Act as a primary point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting
• Co-ordinate and implement improvements to Innovus systems mainly Creatio
• Assist with change management and any required comms
• Assist with co-ordinating system testing
• Ensure that new processes and tools are effectively embedded within the business, driving adoption and proficiency among end-users with training materials in place
• Support the creation of Business Cases required for major system changes
• Assist with vendor management to ensure seamless system operations
  
  Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges.
• Experience in training, upskilling, and leading change management initiatives.
• Experience in system management and administration may be considered an advantage but not essential, Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges

• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and make sound decisions
