Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Systems Analyst. In this role, you will act as the product owner for our case management system, leading the charge in transforming our customer & client experience through strategic system enhancements and process improvements that align with our business objectives. This role is ideal for someone that is a natural self-starter who thrives on working with data and challenging the status quo. You have a knack for continuous improvement and can easily adapt to changing environments. Position in Organisation This role reports to the Head of Business Process Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and understand business needs and opportunities ensuring that they align with our strategic goals
- Act as a primary point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting
- Co-ordinate and implement improvements to Innovus systems mainly Creatio
- Assist with change management and any required comms
- Assist with co-ordinating system testing
- Ensure that new processes and tools are effectively embedded within the business, driving adoption and proficiency among end-users with training materials in place
- Support the creation of Business Cases required for major system changes
- Assist with vendor management to ensure seamless system operations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. - Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges.
- Experience in training, upskilling, and leading change management initiatives.
- Experience in system management and administration may be considered an advantage but not essential, Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to system challenges
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication, relationship building and collaboration skills
