We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a completely new loyalty proposition. This is your chance to shape a product that goes beyond points and perks - creating seamless, personalised experiences for our customers across all channels, from app to in-store. You'll take end-to-end ownership of the product: defining the strategy, leading delivery, and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it all happen. What You'll Be Doing Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new Loyalty Programme Collaborate across UX, engineering, CRM, marketing, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features Shape loyalty mechanics that are personalised, rewarding, and embedded across digital and physical touchpoints Use customer insights, A/B testing, and analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement Align loyalty initiatives with broader commercial, marketing, and customer goals Own a clear, prioritised backlog and ensure delivery aligns with key outcomes like engagement, retention, and frequency

5+ years in Product Management, ideally within loyalty, CRM, or digital customer experience Proven ability to deliver products that drive both customer satisfaction and commercial results Experience designing and delivering omnichannel experiences Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Comfortable working hands-on from discovery through to delivery Data-driven mindset with a passion for building engaging, user-centric solutions
