The Warehouse Trainer delivers training and coaching to associates to drive operational excellence. Trainers will master and share Standard Operating Procedures, Lesson Plans and Risk Assessments in order to deliver standardised operational training, giving our associates the best possible support from point of hire and through continuous on the job coaching. How You Will Make a Difference

Coaching, leading and motivating associates through role modelling and engaging training
Creating a safe working environment for all associates in compliance with Risk Assessments and Safe Working Practices
Leading from the front and acting as a role model to others
Identifying any risks or hazards and eliminate risks and hazards where possible
Escalating any risks or hazards that cannot be resolved
Ensuring all near misses are reported accordingly

You should be a strong communicator with:
The ability to connect with a diverse and multi-skilled workforce
The experience of training individuals and/or groups
The confidence to present induction and training materials
An understanding of Health and Safety including Risk Assessments and Manual Handling
Experience of working in a fast paced environment such as retail, production or warehousing
