Full Job Description
- Manufacture, changeover and fault find on each group in the factory, as per SOPs.
- Ensuring Daily / Weekly checks, cleaning sheets and general paperwork, log books and SAP as a minimum are completed
- Provide breakdown and technical issue symptoms and information.
- Escalate issues to Engineer / maintenance / shift leader
- Receive, offload and administer all deliveries to the dept
- Ensure FIFO is adhered to at all times with Raw Materials and the SAR report is filled out for all stock discrepancies. Label all part drums and return on SAP
- Assist other operators with manufacturing batches and any issues they may have. We are a team and must work as one at all times.
- All quality checks & maintenance work to be recorded in SAP, and correct qtys & batches used must always booked out + allocated to the job.
- Clear, concise handovers with off going/on coming shift, and good communication in a timely manner with our Filling Lines at all times.
- Complete shift handover, include all relevant information for engineering and dept shift leader
A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued. - An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols. - Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights. - A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.The skills for success Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Planning, Vendor Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Category Management Expertise, Supply Management, Procurement.
