Full Job Description
- To assist and provide general maintenance.
- To ensure that all tasks relating to guest comfort, guest satisfactionare treated with utmost priority
- To undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient hotel systems
- Be aware of all Health and Safety procedures in the hotel
- Monitor utilities and ensure efficiency
- Good example with regard to application to work, work attitude, personal presentation, punctuality and attendance.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the property is maintained to the highest possible standards. You will be professional, enthusiastic and trustworthy. You will demonstrate excellent communication abilities as well as the initiative required to multi task in this busy environment., Excellent work history from the hotel sector in 1-2 years ideally - Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and be standards driven
- A good knowledge of Health and Safety
- Flexibility in day to day job demands, remain focused when priorities and practices changes.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Electric and plumbing qualifications would be advantageous
