About the role

• Permanent, full-time PAYE with overtime and bonuses
• Long-term career progression available with a growing company
• Training and tickets available for long-term employees
• Shift work: structured shift pattern, two weeks days and two weeks nights and 2 weekend shifts over a period of a month.
• 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays
• Uniform & PPE provided
• Salary £25K to £40K

Essential Criteria & Expectations

• Driving licence and transport to be able to travel to office/meeting points
• Live within 30km radius of our East Bergholt office
• Fit and healthy

• Must be physically fit
• Be confident and able to use initiative when required
• Reliable
• Customer focused with the ability to speak with them in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Good communication skills
