Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Assembly Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves assembling computer-based products to a high standard, interpreting technical documentation, and addressing technical issues as needed. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our assembly processes while working within a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble computer-based products to meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with other business areas as required.

    We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Understanding of computer hardware components.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
  • Physically fit and able to handle hands-on assembly tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly absorb new skills through training and mentoring.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Desirable Skills (Not Essential but Beneficial)
  • Experience with BIOS/UEFI configuration.
  • Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
  • Soldering and cable harnessing experience (J-STD or IPC-620A standards).
