3 Temporary, Production / Manufacturing jobs in Trowbridge, Caerdydd - Cardiff

Through July to August, during our busiest period we are now looking for a temporary team to help support with our production over the summer months, across all departments. This is a chance to join a dynamic and busy production team, with the opportunity to earn excellent shift bonuses! What will I be doing? Working as a seasonal operative you will join our production teams covering various roles such as fruit processing, blending, packaging, and warehouse. Specifically, you will be:

• Milling and pressing of fruit into juice
• Filtration and evaporation of juice into concentrate
• Loading of final product for delivery to LRS
• Data collection and record keeping
• Produce high quality juice from blackcurrants
• Adhere to Thatchers quality, and health and safety policies
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
• Communicate clearly with other colleagues and teams (written and verbal), The Factory runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week and as such, rotas will be varied. This will include night shifts as part of the role. A full season rota will be issued at the start of employment. We work on a pitman schedule which averages 42hrs per week.
• This role would suit students on summer break, looking to help finance their next year of college/university!
Future Prospects Whilst this is a temporary role, Thatchers is a growing brand and we are continually looking for new people to join our teams and develop their career with us potentially in the future.
