Full Job Description
Key areas of activity will include assisting, advising and supporting managers in relation to sickness management, however involvement in other employee relations (ER) issues will certainly be required. The post holder will be required to provide advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of the Trust's sickness absence procedures and to ensure that these procedures are adhered to.
Additionally, the post holder will be required to undertake any other duties such as other non-complex ER activities and project work to ensure a first class ER service is delivered.
