Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Estates project management professional to join our Capital Team. The Estates Project Manager will work within a multi-disciplinary team where you will lead on a number of capital major and minor works to deliver a compliant high quality, safe, efficient and value for money capital programme. Working across various sites throughout Powys, the type of projects include hospital/ ward refurbishments, external and compliance works. You will be suitably qualified and have a proven track record along with demonstrable experience in building / construction / Capital project related management., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
