You will have the vision, passion and track record required to continue the growth of our engineering team offering, undertaking a business development role as well as engineering design role. You will be a part of the continued development of a strong and growing team to whom you will provide leadership and robust management. This is an exciting time for the Nuclear Power & Decommissioning team with an interesting and expanding pipeline of nuclear projects.
Here's what you'll do:
+ Collaboration on Nuclear design projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
+ Manage project teams, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
+ Contribute to detailed technical structural/civil engineering designs.
+ Assist and mentor team members for their technical and professional development., + Nuclear Engineering: Design, analysis, and optimization of nuclear systems and components.
+ Safety and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety protocols.
+ Project Management: Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
+ Environmental Impact and Sustainability: Assessing and mitigating the environmental impact of nuclear projects, promoting sustainable practices.
+ Research and Development: Innovating and developing new technologies and methodologies to advance the nuclear industry.

+ A qualification in Nuclear Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
+ Relevant experience in the nuclear industry, including design, analysis, safety, and project management.
+ Strong technical and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
