Full Job Description
- Lead change management efforts for assigned Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and the development of comprehensive communications plans.
- Develop and execute tailored training, enablement, and communication plans to meet the unique needs of each project, ensuring user readiness and effective adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate qualitative and quantitative adoption/value metrics, providing detailed progress reports to the Head of Change Management.
- Work closely with the Head of Change Management and Change Specialist to ensure adherence to the overarching change management methodology and frameworks.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and insights to enhance the overall maturity and effectiveness of the change management function., As a member of the Business Disability Forum we're committed to ensuring that all candidates are treated fairly throughout the Recruitment Process.
Hold certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable. - Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related fields.
- Experience with AI projects or technology adoption is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record in leading change initiatives and managing complex projects. Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
