• The preparation and service of dilapidations claims for landlord
• Providing strategic dilapidations and exit strategy advice to occupants
• Design and contract administration from small repair and maintenance project to employers agents and project management of projects in excess of one million pounds
• Monitoring developments on behalf of financial institutions
This opportunity: If successful, the role will see you working within our thriving Building Consultancy team, alongside the Director for our Birmingham office. It will give you the opportunity to work on a number of key commercial real estate projects the business is assigned to along with the personal development opportunities that come from working closely with our Head of Building Consultancy there. Lambert Smith Hampton would also welcome applications from Building Surveyors who are currently engaged in their journey towards chartered status, that we would provide help and guidance for along the way.
