Morgan Sindall is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across key business areas and drive profitability on high-profile projects. Proven ability to manage monthly reporting processes, including Cost Value Reporting (CVR).
Strong experience in commercial management of sub-contractors, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
Working knowledge of COINS.
Experience setting up and managing direct labour, plant, and materials on construction projects.
Expertise in dispute resolution and contractual negotiation.
