To be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Provide high-level professional property advice in accordance with the best-practice standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Member of Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the commercial real estate, corporate real estate or valuations pathways.
Demonstrable experience in managing a large mixed-use commercial property portfolio.
Experience in managing tenants from the community and voluntary sector
